WAYS TO GIVE
Grace UMC offers many opportunities to support God’s work using people’s tithes and offerings.
Ways to make your financial gifts are as varied as the mission and needs they support.
Offering Plate
Opportunities to give an offering in-person by simply placing your gift in the offering plate are available during Sunday morning worship.
Online Giving
Opportunities to give an offering online from your computer, tablet, or mobile device are made available through our partnership with VANCO, a secure and trusted payment specialist. Donations can be a one-time donation or set-up for a regular giving schedule that best suits you.
Your information is held securely by the VANCO system. This information will remain private and will never be given to third-parties, other than to process your scheduled contributions.
Direct Deposit
Opportunities are also available to give by direct deposit from your checking account to ours. We offer this service weekly or monthly.
Checks/Money Orders
Checks and money orders can be mailed directly to our church office for processing.
Stocks/Bonds/Securities
Appreciated Marketable Securities are a great way to maximize your giving because you receive an immediate income tax deduction for the full fair market value of your securities. In addition, you pay no capital gains tax on the difference between your cost and the fair market value.
IRA Charitable Rollover Gift
Opportunities are available to give directly from your IRA to our church checking account without being subject to income tax on the distribution.
